“Not only did JJ show up on time, he was very personable and friendly. I felt at ease with him in my home right away. He "rolled with the punches" and even helped me unload a heavy A/V stand out of the back of my truck and helped me place it in my home. He did everything from hook up our home theatre to install our new computer system and link our home network together. He was also kind enough to search for and order very reasonably priced parts we needed for some of our "long defunct" electronic equipment to be functional again. He was patient with my questions and showed me how to use everything he installed. His pricing is extremely reasonable and I found that he did not charge me for every second he was there. As we talked throughout the day, I was pleased to discover what a well-rounded and highly educated gentleman that JJ is-. I should also mention that the last time JJ was scheduled to be at my home--my mom suffered heart complications and in the heat of the moment, I neglected to cancel our meeting. Rather than becoming disgruntled with me as he sat at my house with no answer or explanation--or firing off a bill, JJ sent several follow-up emails inquiring as to my mother's health. NOW THAT counts for something in my book. He is a gifted worker with all thing computer, A/V, electrical, a talented musician and, most importantly, a good human being.
